Penrite Enviro+ 5W-30 GF-S (5L)

ENVIRO+ GF-S is a premium, full synthetic, SAE 5W-30 engine oil. It uses an advanced mid SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur)* HYBRID+ additive technology suitable for petrol/electric vehicles offering superior protection against colder engine operating temperatures, frequent stop/starting, water condensation and fuel dilution.

Enviro+ GF-S is licensed by the API (American Petroleum Institute) to meet SQ Resource Conserving and ILSAC GF-7A specifications ensuring quality and satisfaction.

PLASE NOTE: Enviro+ GF-S replaces Enviro+ GF-5. It may be used in all applications where Enviro+ GF-5 was previously used.

Application

ENVIRO+ GF-S is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder  multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged petrol low emission engines including petrol/electric hybrids.

Enviro+ GF-S may be used where SAE 5W-20 and SAE 5W-30 grade oils are recommended by the manufacturer. It can be used where API SP, SN Plus or previous specifications API SN (2010-2020), API SM (2006-2010) and API SL (2002-2006) as well as where ILSAC GF-6A, GF-5, GF-4 & GF-3 fuel economy oils are recommended.

ENVIRO+ GF-S is an API SQ Resource Conserving and ILSAC GF-7A licensed product, providing improved turbocharger deposit control, oxidation, aeration, fuel economy, fuel economy retention, timing chain and idle stop wear protection and enhanced low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) protection over API SN / ILSAC GF-5 grade oils. It is recommended for most General Motors petrol driven engined vehicles where GMW17322 & GMW 18144 are specified. This includes Holden Barina, Commodore, Captiva, Cruze, Malibu, Volt, Statesman & Caprice vehicles. It is also suitable for use in all HSV series vehicles post this date.

ENVIRO+ GF-S can be used in Chrysler /Jeep vehicles that specify MS-6395 and in Ford vehicles where Ford M2C946-A is the required specification. It can also be used by other manufacturers such as –

Vehicles and Fuel Types

ENVIRO+ GF-S is suitable for use in passenger cars, 4WD’s & light commercial vehicles. It can be used with Petrol, LPG (Dual Fuel & LPi Liquid Phase Injection), E10 and is designed for use with flexi-fuel vehicles that can run on both unleaded petrol and E85 ethanol blend fuels. It is the primary choice of lubrication for late model vehicles that are running ethanol blends of fuels. It is also suitable for late model vehicles with dedicated LPG systems including those with direct injection LPI. It is also suitable for use in Hybrid petrol/electric vehicles requiring this viscosity grade and specification. It is not recommended for use in diesel engines or in motorcycles with wet clutches.
 

Important Information when changing oil.

NOTE: When changing oil, Penrite recommend using Penrite Engine Flush, a fast acting, solvent free, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain. It contains added zinc for engine wear protection and its fast acting formulation works in 10 minutes.
